This rustic/contemporary home offers space galore and modern conveniences. The great room combines the kitchen and living room separated by a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and hand scraped hard wood flooring. The jenn air cook top is surrounded by decorative tile and provides a pasta faucet for easy food prep. There is a built in oven and warming draw. The beverage bar offers limestone tile counters and a farm style ceramic sink, more cupboard space, a second dishwasher and a beverage refrigerator. Prior to the massive, stone fireplace is an eating area fit for a king with matching chandeliers. The cathedral ceilings are knotty cedar dotted with recessed lighting. Beyond the infamous fireplace is an open living area with a wall of windows and French doors leading to the deck that overlooks the stocked pond, acres of land and beautiful hillsides. The master bedroom has a gas burning, corner fireplace and French doors to the deck. The master bath is built of limestone tile with a jetted tub and separate shower. The front bedroom is 21.6x12 with an additional 5x5 area, a vanity sink and French doors leading to the front deck. The other bedroom is 13x15.6 with its own vanity sink. Descending to the lower level is an open hardwood staircase leading to the 23x30 family room and another wall of French doors. From this room you will find 2 more bedrooms the size of the upper bedrooms, sharing a bath and each with their own vanity sink. Off the family room is an additional room plumbed and wired to be another laundry room. A second door opens to a large storage room. And behind a third door is an unfinished 20X30 room. There is a central vac system that needs only the canister. The duct work is in place for central air conditioning that has yet to be needed with the walls of windows and doors and hillside breezes. In the rear of the house is a deck and gazebo built to house an outdoor kitchen. The exterior is sided in vinyl shakes.
