About David Garofalo

David has worked in the residential building trade for two over decades. His entry into the residential market was in a family owned painting business in the Connecticut shoreline area. He then moved on to work in other aspects of the building trades.
Over the years David has also purchased, remodeled and sold many homes, including a number in Chautauqua County. This experience gives him a perspective most Realtors don’t possess. David has personally gone through the home search process numerous times both as a buyer and a seller. As a buyer you may be just starting your home search on the web, or by another means.
